YAMAGATA (SINGAPORE) Pte Ltd was awarded the 2007 International Platinum Star For Quality in recognition of its outstanding commitment to quality and excellence. The award also acknowledges its corporate achievements, quality and excellence in the realm of Customer Satisfaction, Leadership, Innovation and Prestige. This is the second year in a row that the Singapore branch office of Japanese conglomerate, YAMAGATA Corporation, has been presented with the prestigious and internationally recognised award.
The International Star Quality Convention Geneva 2007 was held on 21 and 22 October 2007 in Geneva, Switzerland.

Prior to this, at the Quality Summit New York in 2006, Yamagata Singapore was also presented the Gold Award For Excellence and Business Prestige.
